Welcome Introit

Session 2

All Shall Be Well

I wrote this song during the pandemic. I’ve always loved Julian of Norwich, who lived in the 14th century and experienced the Black Death. Her writings, “Revelations of Divine Love” are among the earliest English writings by a woman.

Julian wrote, "[God said] these words [to me], You will not be overcome, [they] were said very insistently and strongly, for certainty and strength against every tribulation which may come. … God did not say: You will not be troubled, you will not be belaboured, you will not be disquieted; but God said: You will not be overcome. ... And all will be well."(Showings.)

I’m very happy for you to use this music. It’s registered with CCLI (Song #7201357)and One License (Song #200313).

Blessings,

Beth
